How we did it: Using AI to analyze customer experience with Commerce.AI
As part of the Microsoft for Startups Pegasus Program, Commerce.AI uses AI to extract intelligence from both structured and unstructured customer experience data to gather sentiment analysis across industries. Leveraging OpenAI, ChatGPT, Azure Cognitive Services, Microsoft Dynamics, and Microsoft Power BI for fully customizable and automated reporting.
This live demo session was delivered as a part of Microsoft Build in Seattle in May 2023.
