‘Photos is just the start’: Concerns raised for A.I. after fake images made of Trump
Tech Expert Trevor Long has raised concerns about how far A.I. generated images can go after fake images were created of Trump being arrested and Vladimir Putin behind bars.
“That kind of technology is now being put into backend systems, that allows an individual to upload a photo of a person – and then choose ways or stances or situations where that person might be and essentially undertake a photo shoot,” he told Sky News host Caleb Bond.
“We’re in for a bit of a rollercoaster ride here, with regards to what we can believe, photos are just the start, when this gets easier to do in video form – it’s going to create real problems.”
