I will try to be quick and concise, but if you have more questions feel free to ask:
I was stuck on 11-12 (my bad i started recording only after a while or I would have shown you more stages) with an higher CP party, without being able to pass (I do not use macro)
Even with after losing 10-15k depending on the party composition using Blanc and Noir made the stages very very easy.
With my party setup I was lacking a burst gauge generator for some stages, so I had to swap Noir to a unit able to generate burst faster. I have seen a lot of video suggesting Centi, but I have to disagree. Centi does not add anything to the table (if not burst generation) than Blanc (cause Blanc can also shield) and I have found way more useful bringing Noah. Even if 40s and 60s usually do not grant a reliable full burst rotation, I have found no problems at all, and the benefit with going with a stronger unit (usually 40s burst bring more utilities than their 20s counterparts) has been really useful. As long as you have a burst 1 with cd reduction like Liter or Dorothy you should be fine. I guess you should be fine even without it as long as you burst first with Noah. Other 40s burst II units are also usable, so just keep it in mind.
Both blanc and Noir really benefit from skill investment (Noir on her skill 1 and Blanc on her burst) and they also benefits of raw stats. Noir needs ATK and Blanc HP, so I suggest if you plan to use them to try to star them up, raise their affection level and eventually give them some OL gear. Noir in particular.
