The first part of the fight is fairly simple, turrets will spawn with interruption circles while Material H shoots missiles at you. Failing to destroy the circle will make the turret shoot a projectile at you but it’s almost impossible to miss it. If you need extra DPS, you can choose to tank the projectile to get more core hits instead. After the circle phase, the boss will gain an immune shield and spawn mobs while shooting a single target laser at you. Kill the mobs as fast as possible to stop the lasers and break the shield.
The last phase is the really troublesome part, it’s either a CP/DPS check or a survivability check. Alice/Maxwell/Snow White can entirely skip the last part of the fight. For everyone else though, you’re gonna have to use strategy.
When the boss reaches 45x HP, it will shoot 2 waves of 5 lasers. It will also do this at 30x, 20x, 10x HP, or before these breakpoints if you take too long to reach them. There will be a red circle at the center of the boss that flashes to indicate it is about to shoot these lasers. Cover before these hit you. Meanwhile, the boss will spawn turrets with interruption circles. If you fail to break them it will launch projectiles at you which can deal a significant amount of damage. They can be i-framed albeit very unreliably so try your best to break them or they’ll probably ruin your run.
If you are unable to tank all 8 waves of lasers, you can somewhat cheese it by using taunters and Liter. Instead of shooting each Nikke once, the boss will shoot only the taunter leaving your other Nikkes alive to deplete the last of the boss’s HP. Noise is probably your best option for this as she can both taunt and heal herself with Noah being second. I wasn’t able to line it up here, but Noise is able to taunt the waves at 45x and 30x HP if you time her Burst right. Delay getting to 45x HP to line up Noise’s/Noah’s Burst if you can afford the time. Right before you reach the 45x HP breakpoint, activate Noise’s/Noah’s Burst. This should allow you to tank the lasers with enough HP/cover to also tank the ones at 30x which grants you an extra layer of safety. If you can’t do this or need another safety net, add any other taunter. Diesel/Nero are the only ones that don’t come at a huge opportunity cost. Makima/Sin are useable but are pretty unreliable since they don’t have high taunt uptime. You need Liter in the B1 slot to keep your cover healthy. You won’t be able to run Noah and Noise on the same team since they’re both 40s in different slots.
