The client in this video wanted an outwards facing chatbot that collected customer info and pushed them to a sales page, while also using a custom knowledge base for general support questions.
This client was signed for $1000 and has since paid an additional $2610 for a V2 with additional functionality. Typically the first stage costs $2000 – $3000 but this was a case study, discounted rate. While a very basic example it shows you what my process for servicing contract clients is like.
