WoTC Had TWO YEARS To Fix The AI Art. What Happened, And Why Didn't They Fix It?

WoTC messed up once again by including clearly AI art in their upcoming Bigbys Presents: Glory of the Giants hardcover book. The real question isn’t WHY the AI art is appearing in the book, but rather HOW it ended up in the book in the first place.
