The capital of the Pale, Dawnstar sits on Skyrim’s icy northern coast and is among the chilliest places in all of Tamriel. Occupying a central position in many of Skyrim’s quests, questlines and narratives, most players are quite familiar with this frosty hamlet but there’s almost certainly quite a lot about this place you may never have imagined.
