Imbalance between AI talent supply and demand will likely continue: CBRE
Artificial intelligence (AI) has taken the world by storm, with mass-scale adoption in the past year. An industry research by real estate consultants CBRE found record amount of investments in generative AI start-ups, worth about US$2.6 billion, in 2022 alone. The race to develop AI technology has left many companies grappling with the shortage of talent in the industry. Rohini Saluja, Managing Director of Advisory & Transaction Services (Asia Pacific) at CBRE, spoke to CNA about the imbalance between supply and demand in AI talents.
